From the Seas to Your Kitchen
For 28 years, Toto braved the oceans as a Seafarer. A proud native of Iloilo Province in the Philippines, his heart always belonged to his family and the rich flavors of home. When he finally retired, he returned to the Philippines to be with his wife, who had built a beautiful local catering and gourmet business. It was in their home kitchen that Toto discovered his second calling: crafting handmade, artisanal foods alongside his wife.
Seeking a new adventure, Toto moved to Canada. Though thousands of miles away from his wife, he refused to let their shared culinary legacy fade. From across the globe, they continue to work together, perfecting recipes born in their Ilonggo kitchen.
In the Philippines, the word "Namnam" means deliciousness and the deep craving for good food. Toto brings that exact feeling to Canada. Using red chilies and garlic grown right in his own backyard garden, NAMNAM is more than just a condiment—it’s a story of love, distance, and the unifying power of food.
